We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our hassle-free refund policy ensures peace of mind.

Refund Eligibility

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and return reason. Include photos if the item is defective/damaged.
  2. We’ll review your request and send a return authorization (RA) number + instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back via a trackable method, including the RA number on the package. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

We’ll inspect returned items within 3–5 business days of receipt and process refunds to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in 5–7 business days (varies by bank/credit card issuer).

Exceptions

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or wear are ineligible for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if eligibility criteria aren’t met.
